Sunday Morning Yoga Classes begin August 14th

Hi everyone!

After a very long break I'm delighted to offer 6 x weeks of Sunday morning yoga at the Murrumbateman Recreational Hall.

The 75' classes will run from 9:00-10:15am on Sunday mornings on the following dates:


1) 14th August
2) 21st August
3) 28th August
4) 4th September
5) 11th September

6) 18th September

This initial 6-week class schedule will be an opportunity to see if there is interest in running yoga classes regularly at this time.

The style of class on offer will be a slow and steady-paced, suitable for beginners and also those with a regular yoga practice.

Please note: Due to Covid PROPS WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED. 
 

Required props:
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks x 2
- Yoga strap or Resistance Band (or an old belt)

 

Recommended props:
- A small blanket
- A second mat (if you like a little extra softness on the wooden floor!)
