WHAT TO BRING
Please bring along your mat (if you have one, spares available at the hall), and a small blanket or large towel.
WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothes are ideal, preferably with a few layers for comfort.
Sorry, no refunds are given, except in special circumstances.
If you miss a Wednesday evening class you are welcome to attend a Saturday morning instead.
